Allegheny Health Network (AHN), headquartered in Pittsburgh, is a non-profit organization operating 14 hospitals and over 200 primary- and specialty-care practices across more than 300 clinical locations. Having collaborated with AHN on multiple projects, they turned to us once again to help outfit their new 345,000 sq. ft. Wexford Hospital.

Final Result
In a hospital setting, artwork plays a vital role in creating an uplifting and calming environment for both patients and staff. Research shows that serene landscapes, soothing patterns, and peaceful scenes can help reduce patient pain and stress while enhancing their overall sense of well-being.
We were honored to work with the Allegheny Health Network to bring this vision to life at their brand-new Wexford Hospital. Through a combination of panelscapes, wall murals, and framed art pieces, we designed an environment that is not only visually appealing but also easy to clean and maintain—essential for a healthcare setting.
One highlight of our work across the Allegheny Health Network system is the creation of the "Word Wall," which incorporates words in various languages (English, Spanish, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, Russian) representing the emotions and journeys of patients as they move toward better health and survival.
Also featured in this huge project were multiple wall graphics and window graphics, branded walls and signage, glass art panelscapes, our Serenity 360 immersive environments, numerous pieces of framed artwork, and patient information boards.
This project was a labor of love, with over two years spent developing the designs, two months of fabrication, and nearly seven days dedicated to installation.
