Obstacles
The project encompassed various distinct areas, each featuring unique designs that were custom created and constructed.
Final Result
We took the branding guidelines for The Collective and ran with a stunning custom entry wall that showcases warm wood tones and colored glass, imprinted with their mission statement and core values. To complete the design, LED backlit signage was incorporated, providing the perfect modern touch.
Adjacent to the entry wall, visitors are greeted by the new greenery installation in the elevator lobby, inspired by "The Circles of Life" theme from The Collective’s branding. These circles, crafted from natural maple veneer to complement their furniture, are stacked together and feature preserved moss. The moss requires no maintenance—no watering or flaking over time—offering a "care-free" design.
Across the three floors, we installed numerous art pieces and accessories, including a special commemorative plaque honoring the couple for whom the Express YMCA was named. The plaque was made using a drawing by their grandson, adding a personal touch to the tribute.
