Project Details
Following our work on the new Old National Bank office in Milwaukee, they requested our assistance in creating a branded sign to highlight their numerous locations. The design includes two backlit logos, a backlit map, and dimensional backlit lettering featuring their slogan.

Obstacles
Due to the size of the sign it had to be manufactured in sections, assembled on-site, and then installed as a single piece in a recessed area. This process required extensive coordination and precision to ensure a seamless and professional finish.
Final Result
This impressive 18’ long by 6’ tall custom sign turned out beautifully. The map creation presented several challenges, but the end result was incredibly rewarding. Bending light to follow the shape of the United States was no easy feat, so we chose to use a frosted glass border to allow the light to spread evenly without hot spots or dead zones. A sheet of steel was installed behind the map face, enabling magnets to mark the ONB branch locations. These magnets were custom 3D printed and color-matched to ONB’s signature blue and copper brand colors.
Though the logo signs may look similar in photos, they actually have distinct finishes—one in stainless steel and the other in copper. Both signs were backlit for this project, offering a striking upgrade to the layout we previously used for their Milwaukee office.
All elements were mounted onto a high gloss blue acrylic, which is far more stunning in person than any photo can capture.
